Her name is Claudia, she's from Guadalajara, Mexico and she runs the kitchen. Her co-owner and husband is Karl and he's from Dublin. He mainly works behind the bar.

We only cook food that we would like to eat ourselves.
This means that we source the best quality fresh ingredients and put our love and commitment into every dish. We use authentic Mexican recipes and techniques and avoid Tex-Mex and fusion.
Since the day we opened, our mission is simple...impress our customers with the best quality food so they come back again and again.
Not every dish travels well in the back of a motorbike so the delivery menu may be a little smaller than in the restaurant. The pictures we use are how we plate them in the restaurant for table service.
